Yogo Tenari was a district governor of Otosan Uchi, the one which would be known as Meiyoko district in the 12th century. He ordered to build a estate beneath a grove, which was later ravaged by an earthquake, killing Tenari and his entire family. [1] The estate was began to be rebuilt after the Scorpion Coup, [2] becoming a military staging ground. [3]
