Yasuki Akizanei was a moneylender who run his business in the Hojize district of Otosan Uchi under the protection of the District Governor Mirumoto Hojize prior to the Scorpion Coup. Akizanei was a secret agent of the city's most powerful Oyabun, Ide Tenseko. [1]
