Mountain of the Sun Goddess
The Mountain of the Sun Goddess was a towering snow-covered mountain with steep rocky sides which sat at the northern end of the Valley of the Centipede, dotted with caves, sometimes inhabited by monks, peasant vagabonds, and animals. [1]
Lady Sun[]
The Mountain of Lady Sun was the place where Moshi Azami spoke with Amaterasu. A golden shrine dedicated to Amaterasu stood upon the summit, polished clean by wind and snow, [2] the Touching a Miracle Shrine. The Shrine of Lady Sun, home of the Moshi Shugenja school, laid near Kyuden Moshi at the foot of the mountain. [1]
