The World is Truth was a Mastery 6 air spell which required the caster to hold the target by the head and focus on him for 8 hours uninterrupted. The victim is brainwashed, his thoughts and memories were rewritten and rearranged in whatever way the caster preferred. This secret spell was an important element in the Kolat'’s methods for creating sleeper agents. [1]
