Wind Kin were arrows blessed by Moshi Shugenja who bound air kami within them, so that they fly true through strong winds. These nemuranai were developed upon petition of the Tsuruchi Daimyo Tsuruchi Ichiro, to solve the problem of archery in the Mantis Islands, where constant and whipping winds were usual. [1]
