Usagi Tsugo was a diplomat of the Hare Clan.

Imperial Court Edit

Tsugo was the Hare representative in the Imperial Court, and lived several years in the Kosuga district. In 1123 his clan was disbanded, accused of maho practice. Tsugo was abandoned in Otosan Uchi without financial support or instructions, which led him into depression and drink. ^[1]

Scribe Edit

In order to support himself Tsugo worked as scribe to several diplomats he knew from his previous post. ^[1]
