Tsuruaka was a peasant who posed as a ronin samurai. He had stole his swords from a battlefield, and his armor was made from spoils of war. He tended to be rude with true samurai, and was protective of an peasant in danger. Tsuruaka moved to Boubi, a ronin village in Naishou province and became part of a ronin group led by Maeda, who commanded other four ronin, Takuhito, Oyami, Satoru and Izumi, who protected the village from the wave of murders and disappearances in the province. A group of samurai visitors investigated the crimes and exposed a Bloodspeaker cell as the guilty of all the violent events. [1]
