Tsurao was a monk follower of Fudo, in the 4th century. His sect was found heretical and chased by the rest of the Brotherhood of Shinsei. Tsurao asked for refuge to the Asahina Daimyo Asahina Miroken, who granted them a remote temple in the Crane lands. [1]
