The Tribe of Hikaru was a group of humans who predated the Fall of the Kami. During the Dawn of the Empire they did not wish to join the fledging Emerald Empire, and confronted Akodo and his followers. The tribe was slaughtered almost to a man, and the survivors fled north and joined the Yobanjin. [1]
