Akodo Minako was a bushi of the Lion Clan.

Akodo Leadership Edit

When Akodo Ginawa retired in 1165 from the position as Akodo Daimyo and chose his successor to be Akodo Shigetoshi, Shigetoshi asked why Ginawa had not chosen Minako instead, as she was like a daughter to him. Ginawa replied that Minako was simply too much like him. [1]

Winter Court - 1168 Edit

In 1168 Minako came to Winter Court at Kyuden Otomo straight from the battlefield in Lion lands. The Khan's Moto Chagatai had sacked Kyuden Ikoma. She was the first to inform about the Khan's Defiance. [2]

Married Edit

During Winter Court she became the bride of Toturi Kyoji to reunite the descendants of Toturi's Army. [3] Shortly after Kyoji became the Monkey Clan Champion and daimyo of the Toku family. [4] They bore a daughter, Toku Kyoko. [citation needed]
