Togashi Takao

Togashi Takao was presumably an Ise Zumi Emerald Magistrate. He once faced a band of bandits with his companions, Isawa Yoten; the monk Suiten; and an unnamed fourth member of his party, presumably a Crab Clan bushi form his use of a tetsubo. The bandit leader was incinerated by Suiten and the remaining bandits fled. (Phoenix p. 117)
