Togashi Masahito was the guise of the Kami Togashi during the ruling of the Emperor Hantei XIII. In the year 540 the Imperial Winter Court was held at the High House of Light, against his advice. The winter court was largely stricken from historical records due to the deaths of many guests in the mountain passes. [1]
