Temple of the Black Stone

Temple of the Black Stone

The Temple of the Black Stone was protected by the Ebonites and held the Ebon Stone. Within this stone sleeps the Dark God, or at least a part of its essence. [1]

Creation[]

After centuries of conflict with the Cult of Ruhmal the Ebonites around the year 980 decided to move the hidden stone from the Ivory Kingdoms to the Burning Sands. The Exodus, also known as the Night of the Blood, was successful, but hundreds of the Ebonites died in the cover action. They built the Temple of the Black Stone at Medinaat al-Salaam, installing the Ebon Stone inside it. [1]

Structure[]

Also known as the Temple of the Ebon Hand, it was also a defensive building. It was located just in the outer side of the Jewel. The Ebonites were taught and trained in its facilities, and a colection of text of History was held there. [2]

Jackal attacks[]

The temple usually was attacked by the Jackal, who attempted to seize control of the Ebon Stone. [citation needed] After one of its attacks, it was found the Sayel Blade. [3] The blade, as the Ebon Stone, contained a part of the Khayel. Lurza, the Celestial Alliance leader believed the Jackal had been sent by Kaleel to retrieve the sword. [4]
