The Shameswords were forged before Kokujin's challenge ([1]). The challenge was to forge his own daisho and replace Togashi's, which he had stolen years before. Where did all of these names of people who were still alive at that point come from? ~ShibaRyu~

- Four Winds doesn't actually say (in the Shamesword section) when they were made. What year, and in what order is not mentioned, and as far as i understood from the Enlightened Madness fictions i have read (haven't had time to read all yet...) it seems that the final two were created in 1159 (altho the Chieko - KObai thing at the end of the last fiction was a bit confusing...) --Majushi 19:08, 12 Jan 2006 (UTC)
