I think Hojyn have to be on Scoprion Clan Members because he is a Scorpion. I'll add the card artwork and the fiction in which Yojiro says he's sending a gift to his friend in the next days.

Observations[]
Although Hojyn is listed in TCG as a Scorpion, this is likely more due to the nature of his first card-set appearance, where the Scorpion brought the Burning Sands back to Rokugan with them.
