Suzume Ryoshin was a bushi member of the Imperial Legions under the command of Seppun Nakao. He and his companion Mirumoto Torisei participated in the storming and occupation of Ryoko Owari Toshi, as part of the Imperial retaliation against the Scorpion Clan after the failure of the Scorpion Coup.
