Sinjutsu province (Ks3)
The Sinjutsu province was a Dragon province of the Kitsuki family, and contained Toi Koku. It was bordered by the Kaitou province (Ks2) to the West, by the Yakeishi (Mi2) and Toshibu provinces (Mi3) to the North, the Great Fall to the East, which separated from the Phoenix, and the Lion laid to the South.
