The Shrine of the Covenant was used to kept guarded the Dark Covenant of Fire by Shiba guards but was located in Dragon lands. [1] It was part of an agreement between both Clans after the peaceful resolution of the Dragon-Phoenix War. In 1165 The shrine was attacked by maho wielding bandits and all the Phoenix defenders were murdered, and the shrine completely destroyed. A Dragon force led by Tamori Shiki saw the attack, destroyed the bandits, and retrieved the Covenant. [2]
