Shosuro Takumi was the governor of Ryoko Owari.
Appearance[]
Takumi had a long, naturally white hair and blue eye, as son of Doji, who had been fostered to the Scorpion Clan in the hopes of strengthening Crane alliances. He wore a red and black kimono embroidered with bone-white flowers, each petal the shape of a scorpion's stinger. [1]
Ryoko Owari Governor[]
Takumi was the favored student of Shosuro Jiroko, the governor of Ryoko Owari. In 1200 she retired and Takumi became the new governor. During the Twenty Festivals they met the Spider Clan Champion Daigotsu Kanpeki, who did not bear the favor of the Emperor-to-be Iweko Seiken]. Takumi expected times of strife would arrive to Rokugan, and lobbied to Kanpeki that the city should still stand. [1]
