Added by Oni no PikachuShiva the Pervader, also known as Ruhmal, was the personification of chaos and entropy. [1] She was a malevolent deity from the Ivory Kingdoms. He was worshipped by the Cult of the Destroyer. The cult's ultimate goal was to take over the world in Shiva's name and bring him ultimate power. [2] Kali-Ma was her avatar. [3]

Appearance

Shiva had three faces, one for each cycle (life, death, and rebirth), three eyes, and four arms, her visage was both terrifying and strangely reassuring. Her followers bore self-inflicted wounds upon their faces, necks, and limbs. [4]
Duty

Shiva did not seek the uncreation of the world, she sought its renewal, [5] so before it the world had to be destroyed, to rebirth stronger. [1]
Rebirth of her cult
Edit
The cult to Shiva had disappeared and their temples were ruined. She appeared to a Naga Abomination, Kashal, and offered rebirth for his service. The Abomination founded the Sanctuary of the Outcasts were other Abominations were drawn and joined the rising cult. [4]
Cult of Ruhmal

Shiva's cultists were responsible for much suffering in the Ivory Kingdoms as well as other lands. Their activity was dealt a signifigant blow at the end of the Mantis-Ivory Kingdoms War when Mantis Clan Champion Yoritomo Aramasu exposed their activities. [1]
Kali-Ma

Her avatar, Kali-Ma, became the Champion of Jigoku [6] and in the 12th century unleashed a blow against the Ivory Kingdoms, which were nearly destroyed by the Ruhmalists. [7] The avatar was defeated by the Rokugani during the invasion of the Emerald Empire, known as the Destroyer War. [8]
Yuna

The remnants of the Ruhmalist were gathered under the command of Yuna. [9]
