Shintao (Intelligence)

Shintao is the skill of those characters who studied the Tao of Shinsei, ^[1] conferings knowledge of the Celestial Order and a passing understanding of the Code of Bushido. Further, displaying it knowledge will improve relationship when dealing with monks. ^[2] It is considered a High Skill. ^[3]
