Shiba Gaijushiko

Shiba Gaijushiko was the Imperial Scribe during the late fourth century. Together with Bayushi Atsuki and Doji Raigu, he led the Gozoku and kidnapped Hantei Fujiwa's son Hantei Kusada in 391.(3E p.11)

According to the Shinri Historians, at that time, he was the Master of the Kolat, thus reaching the highest function a Kolat ever had in Rokugan.^{[citation needed]}
