Shiba Fusimi was the Ivory Court scribe under the command of the Imperial Governor of the Colonies Otomo Suikihime. A withered leg robbed Fusimi of the chance to become a yojimbo, but her calligraphy and keen attention to detail earned her a spontaneous position as Suikihime's scribe, to whom she was fiercely loyal.
Early Years Edit
Fusimi was born with a withered leg, and she became friend of Otomo Suikihime during their childhood at Toshi Ranbo. Unable to join the Shiba Yojimbo school, Fusimi eventually became a scribe and scholar. Fusimi was quiet and thoughtful, always planning ahead.
When Suikihime became the Imperial Governor of the Colonies in 1198, Fusimi served the Governor as her personal scribe, attendant, and confidant. She longed for the courage and carefree nature of the Governor. Fusimi often worried about Suikihime's bold actions in the Colonies.
