The Servants of Heaven was a sect of concelaed Maho-tsukai. They were based in the Shrine of Tenno Heika, and it was a founded by Yaeko, an akutenshi. Each member bore an obi marked in back with an overlapping sun and moon. They recruited one or two members each year, who were initiated into maho and soon transferred to the Shadowlands to become akutsukai. The cult reached two hundred members before they were exposed by Kuni Norichika. ^[1]
