Seppun Oronoko was an Imperial bushi who was a yojimbo to Otomo Banu. She, along with fellow yojimbo Seppun Junichi, was assassinated by the Cult of Ruhmal in 1131. Oronoko's cousin, Seppun Horiken, had also been murdered by the cult because of his investigation into their activity. Oronoko was killed in case Horiken had passed on any of his information to her.
