Self, No Self was a Mastery 3 internal void kiho that granted the monk a state of mind wherein all sense of self was discarded. The body, mind, and soul became everything and nothing at the same time, regenerating the internal void of the monk. The detachment of this kiho meaned the monk was incapable of great feats for an hour after performing the kiho. [1] [2]
