Yotsu Seiki was a shugenja, and the daughter of Yotsu Yatoshin. She was the younger sister of Urieko, often lending Urieko her talents alongside her twin sister Seou. (Wolf p. 38)

She once met Toturi when he was still the Lion Clan Champion, and the image of the brave man fighting against terrible odds burned itself into her mind.
