Sakura tattoo or Cherry Blossom tattoo was named for the Sakura flower, the symbol of the samurai caste. It was also the symbol of honor and duty, and when summoning the power of the tattoo the monk focused their own sense of honor and duty. The tattoo was usable between the hours of sunset and sunrise.
