Rays of Amaterasu was a Mastery 4 fire spell which allowed the shugenja to evoke a soft beam of light which was centered upon the caster, and as a side-effect the light harmed tainted creatures. [1] It was renamed Rays of the Sun after Amaterasu died. [2]
