Ratling Speech (Intelligence)
The Nezumi language is quite complicated, and takes alot of training to even be able to speak it. Characters with this skill are fluent in ratling speech, and may communicate with Nezumi as if they were speaking normally. A character loses 1 point of honor everytime this skill is used outside the presence of Nezumi. Ratling Speech is classed as a Low Skill. [1]
