Pillow Book
A pillow book was a small, lightly bound book that ususally had to do with a "light" subject, such as romance, [1] an adventure story, or a book of poetry. Some famous books were modified to a portable pillow book version such as Leadership. Often a person's diary was adapted to a pillow book. [2]
