Phoenix Road Festival was originally a collection of ancient Phoenix festivals depicted in the book The Phoenix Road, written by the famous ronin poet Botan. [1]

Tradition Edit

Since the 3rd century monks from the Order of Ebisu began an annual pilgrimage between the Phoenix villages, traveling from festival to festival with very little downtime between them. Botan's work became quite popular and tourism in Phoenix lands increased dramatically. [1]

Updated Edit

The book was outdated when the centuries passed, and the Seppun family updated the information. The Phoenix Road started from the Month of the Tiger through the Month of the Horse, tracing a route from Shiro Shiba and their legendary New Year's Festival, and after three months of chaining festivals in a row, it was possible to arrive at Honored Treaty City in time for the Chrysanthemum Festival.
