Mirumoto Oyami was a samurai-ko of the Dragon Clan who became theronin Oyami for unknown reasons. She was a pudgy, shaggy-haired, jovial woman, who joked and wise-cracked frequently, and was an outrageous cheat at dice. Oyami moved to Boubi, a ronin village in Naishou province. She became part of a ronin group led by Maeda, who commanded other four ronin, Takuhito, Izumi, Satoru and Tsuruaka, who protected the village from the wave of murders and disappearances in the province. A group of samurai visitors investigated the crimes and exposed a Bloodspeaker cell as the guilty of all the violent events.
