The Oracle of Earth is the representative of the Dragon of Earth on Rokugan, and over the years has been many different people.

In the early 12th century, the Oracle of Earth had the timeless form of a beautiful woman. She would regularly recite riddles and whisper in laughter to no one in particular. No one was certain if she was mad or simply unaware of her actions.^[1]

Hiruma Osuno is the current Oracle of Earth. Like many of his predecessors, he retains little to no knowledge of his time as a mortal.^[2]
