Nobuo

Nobuo was a shugenja of the Mantis Clan.

Clan War

Nobuo investigated experimental magic, including extensive use of name and language-based effects. He was quite reclusive, but he worked with the Mantis during the Clan War, unleashing upon his eenemies a variation on the casting of spells, in which he performed a ritual of his own during the invocation of a scroll effect. The scroll was invariably destroyed in the process, but the end result was amazing.
