Monsoon was a Rokugani seasonal reversing wind accompanied by corresponding changes in precipitation, which appeared at the end of the summer. The monsoon turned the lands to mud, flooding the rice fields across the Empire and heralding the onset of autumn. ^[1] Sometimes its effects caused victims. ^[2]
