Miya Kamiko, who had been born as Scorpion, married with the prominent Imperial historian Miya Hatori. [1] They had a son, [Miya Senkazu]]. [2]
Kidnapped
In 1159, she was abducted by members of the Shadowed Tower but was later freed by the Emerald Magistrates in 1160, [3] and put under the protection of the Unicorn Clan. She was a guest of the aged Ide Daimyo Ide Tadaji, until her husband Hatori arrived to her side. [4] An honor guard of Iuchi Shugenja and Shiotome escorted Kamiko from Shiro Moto back to Kyuden Miya. The unit of Battle Maidens remained at her estates to keep her safe. [5]
