Meiyo was a priestess of Amaterasu, in the Temple of Amaterasu at Ryoko Owari.
Sun Goddess[]
Meiyo became a priestress of the Sun Goddess when she was ten-year-old. In 1123, after fifty five years had become so attuned to the power of Amaterasu that she was no longer completely human, she was a ghost. Her feet no longer touched the ground when she walked, though she wore long dresses to conceal this. [1]
