Matsuru

Soshi Matsuru was a Maho-tsukai of the Scorpion Clan who became the ronin Matsuru.

Ronin

Matsuru was outcast and made ronin for his dark practices with maho. He sworn vengeance against his former clan. Matsuru moved to Otosan Uchi and spread his teachings upon the discontent heimin of the Fearsome Farmer Village, becoming the leader of a cultist group in the Imperial City prior to the Scorpion Coup.
