Matsu Sodohime was married to Akodo Daio, and mother of Akodo Toturi and Akodo Arasou. She was the first Matsu to be married to an Akodo, which were traditionally not allowed to marry due to concern over strife such a union would cause.

Despite the precedence of Way of the Unicorn, it is assumed that the name in Way of the Lion is correct, because of the closer connection between the subject of the book and the subject in question. |
