Bayushi Kageki was once a member of the Scorpion Clan. During the internal conflict between the Junshin and the Shadowed Tower, he discovered some facts about himself and his family that drove him mad. He became known as the Mad Ronin, and became the hero of one of the most told stories in recent times. It was said that a mad ronin was roaming Rokugan saving the people in conflicts. Recently, a nezumi creature discovered why Kageki became mad and made him remember. The Mad Ronin returned to the Scorpion Clan with his real name.
