Life's Waterfall was a sake house of the Tsai district of Otosan Uchi. It had fountains that mimicked cliffside waterfalls decoarting the interior. Prior to the Scorpion Coup it was the favorite place for the District Governor Bayushi Tsai, his staff, and his guests. [1]
