Leli'a was young Mantis thief who in 1159 stole a crystal polearm named Khadja, orginal from the Burning Sands. When a group of samurai exposed her, she explained that the steal had been a test of her skill. Leli'a had planned to give the khadja to Yoritomo Kitao to gain a position with the "true Mantis Clan Champion" during the Mantis Civil War. [1]
