The Legion of Earth, also called the Legion of Steel, was one of the legions of the Baraunghar corresponded to one of the five Elements. They were masters of defensive tactics, and the shugenja focused on making their warriors stronger and tougher. Units from the Legion of Earth were frequently attached to the Junghar army to bolster the defense of the Unicorn provinces. [1]
