Kurujo the Old was an aged woman, one of the most powerful and prideful heimin merchants in the Second City. She was the owner of the Tavern of the North Wind. [1]

The ruthless woman was one of the more powerful heimin merchants of the Second City. She considered her rival Koru the Rich a lucky fool, while she saw another rival, Bogu the Fat, as competent but disgusting. [2]

The izakaya was set to fire by Akodo Nojima in the riots that happened during P'an Ku's madness in the Colonies in 1199. She was never seen again. [1]
