Kitsuki Togai was an important member of the Dragon Clan who meddled with maho. He was eventually uncovered by his yojimbo, Mirumoto Niwa, who saw him in the middle of a foul ritual. As she did nothing on the spot, Togai quickly banished to avoid retaliation from his keen. [1]
