Kitsuki Itsuma
Born: Unknown
Parents: Kitsuki Berii
Siblings: Un-named sister
Titles: Kitsuki Daimyo

Kitsuki Itsuma was a bushi and Emerald Magistrate of the Dragon Clan who was appointed as Kitsuki Daimyo.

Kitsuki Daimyo Edit

Itsuma forged a reputation for himself working as an Emerald Magistrate, before he acceded to the position of daimyo. A strong adherent of the Kitsuki Method, Itsuma trusts what he can see and experience for himself, but little else. His dry wit and sarcasm has made him popular with his Clans and younger courtiers, but less so with the older generations of other Clans. [1]

Togashi's Behaviour Edit

Itsuma reported to his Lord Mirumoto Shikei that the Togashi had been acting strange of late. He had found many of them staring at empty spaces, seemingly expecting something. [2]

Niten Edit

In 1200 Itsuma passed the text Failure, My Sensei to Shikei, a writing he had read after his sister got a copy from a Doji. It had been written by Mirumoto Higaru shortly after he was defeated in a duel that seemed to prove the superior Kakita style over Niten. Higaru had realized that failure was completely his own, lost because he was fighting without Niten. Shikei ordered that every student of Niten would carry a copy at all times. [3]

Rise of Jigoku Edit

The Dragon Clan foresaw the rise of Jigoku and that the Empire would be ruled by the Spider Clan. To avoid the destruction of the Tao of Shinsei teachings they severed themselves from the Empire. This year all Dragon were moved north of Last Step Castle alongside with those Tonbo and monks of the Brotherhood of Shinsei who decided to follow them. The Dragon Wall was magically built with no gate, no door, stretching to the top of the mountainsides, from the high base of Morning Frost Castle to the other side of the pass. Any Dragon who remained in the Empire would become an outcast. Itsuma, the Tamori Daimyo Tamori Wataru, and the Togashi Daimyo Togashi Noboru noticed in the High House of Light that Shikei was one of those who did not join his clan, because he rode alone to Unicorn lands, to meet his beloved, the Unicorn Clan Champion Moto Naleesh.
