Kirei was the wife of Mantis Clan Champion Yoshitsune. She bore him three sons, the youngest of which was Yoritomo, [1] and the eldest Honzo. [2] Kirei and her two eldest sons were killed by assassins from the Ivory Kingdoms in 1110. [1]
