Kenkai Hanto

Kenkai Hanto or the Peninsula of Hardened Waters is the peninsula between Crab and Crane lands. An argument over claim to the peninsula caused the Crane-Crab War, the first internal war in Rokugan. The peninsula was divided between the two clans after this dispute, and that line is marked by the Tidal Landbridge. (Crane p. 42, Crab p. 24)
