Kasuga Kyoji was a bushi of the Tortoise Clan who became a librarian.

Librarian Edit

Kyoji the owner of a library at Otosan Uchi prior to the Scorpion Coup. He was one of the few true descendants of Agasha Kasuga, founder of his clan. ^[1]
